The Press Council of Ireland and the Press Ombudsman are proud to support this year’s Irish Journalism Awards.  We are delighted that a key entry requirement for the awards is membership of the Press Council.  This means that the judges will be looking for excellent journalism that adheres to the ethical and professional principles of our Code Of Practice, the gold standard in Irish journalism.
